For several years, Monaco has become an important place in the yachting industry.

Yachting has been favoured in this privileged town thanks to the constant expansion of the port areas and investment in yachting-dedicated new structures.

With such development, we had to complete our knowledge and refine our experience in this discipline in order to meet our clients’  new requests.

We can assist our clients in financing, contractual liability matters, execution procedures, and litigations related to the ship’s construction.

We are also acting as international arbitrators in the course of disputes involving cruise companies and their crew members.
